Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at returns@hone.page or using our contact form.

 

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in the original packaging (where applicable).

Be returned within 28 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

Custom or personalised items.

Perishable goods (e.g., candles with limited shelf life if used/opened).

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable in the product description.

 

3. How to Return an Item

Please follow these steps:

Contact us at returns@hone.page with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a returns address.

Package your item securely and send it back to us using a trackable delivery service.

Please note: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any delivery charges.

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that we do not refund delivery charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
